Practice Philosophy

When vision and effort are clear, preferred outcomes will start to appear.

We believe that growth in self-awareness, stress management, and mental skills which develop through the course of counseling facilitate opportunities for people to achieve their ambitions.  Strengthening self-awareness through therapy can help build the necessary skills to kickstart positive change and the momentum needed to achieve personal, athletic and performance goals.

We also believe that facing and overcoming challenges can help the growth process in leaps and bounds.  We prefer that individuals be active participants in their treatment and use the skills learned in daily life or during performance opportunities.
